I had a really nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable stay at the Byron Bay Hotel & Apartments in late 2018. The rooms were very comfortable but had no outlook, which was a minor downside. The service provided was excellent, with friendly staff organizing transport and offering a grocery shopping service. The location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and cafes. Despite the drawback of some extra noise from nearby establishments, the central location was convenient. The dining experience was top-notch, with an excellent selection of seasonal dishes. Overall, a great value for money stay with superb amenities.

The location was great, just a couple of minute walk from the beach and within metres of several restaurants and cafes. Although our room didn't have a great view backing onto a backpacker hostel, the central location with easy access to local shops made up for it.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything, but the noise from outside disturbed my sleep. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped, especially the bathrooms, and the curtains did little to block out the bright lights. The service was friendly, but there were some modern customer service skills lacking. The dining options were excellent, especially being across from cafes for breakfast. Overall, a convenient location with some room for improvement in cleanliness and noise control.
