I had a really nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable stay at the Byron Bay Hotel & Apartments in late 2018. The rooms were very comfortable but had no outlook, which was a minor downside. The service provided was excellent, with friendly staff organizing transport and offering a grocery shopping service. The location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and cafes. Despite the drawback of some extra noise from nearby establishments, the central location was convenient. The dining experience was top-notch, with an excellent selection of seasonal dishes. Overall, a great value for money stay with superb amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything, but the noise from outside disturbed my sleep. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped, especially the bathrooms, and the curtains did little to block out the bright lights. The hotel was perfect for a family of two children traveling, with clean and spacious rooms and a private balcony. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to everything needed. Dining was excellent and the facilities were top-notch.
